Fossil Stone cabochon, 39X29mm oval

This stone is 5mm thick and an approximate weight of 48cts. A nice shiny polish on front and sides and flat and smooth on the back.

Fossil Stone is fossilized sea floor. It is composed of a hard, black limestone base with a variety of light cream to white colored fossil shells. The shells stand out nicely against the dark gray to black background and the closer you look, the more you see.
